1. The service

VisitingCards.store is a digital business/visiting card on your own address (yourname.visitingcards.store), a free print-ready card maker, tracked links and QR codes, push notifications, Apple and Google Wallet passes, and WhatsApp automation as an add-on. VisitingCards.store is managed by Anunzio International FZC.

2. Accounts and subdomains

You choose an address when you sign up. It appears on anything you print or hand out, so we do not change it for you once it is set — if you genuinely need a different one, write to us and we will talk it through. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on your card and for keeping your password to yourself.

3. The free plan

The free plan is free forever, not a trial: your design, your print-ready download, and one hosted card with a small "Made with VisitingCards.store" line on it. It does not include a lead list, notifications or wallet passes, and it carries one tracked link — the card's own QR code.

4. Paid plans

Pro is $0.99 a month, billed $2.97 every 3 months, or $9.99 a year ($0.83/month). Add-ons — wallet passes, WhatsApp automation, location alerts and extra cards — are added to your plan and billed with it; credit packs are paid once. Every price is shown two ways: the monthly figure and the amount actually charged. Where your country has its own money, the price is shown in it with the US-dollar price in brackets beside it, and the exact amount is shown on the payment page before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. It takes two presses: we offer you a month free once, and "No thanks, cancel" is right beside it. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops, and nothing more is charged. Your account then drops to the free plan and keeps working at the free plan's limits — it is never switched off.

6. Refunds and the 14-day right

We do not offer a money-back guarantee — the free plan exists so you can try the product before you ever pay. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a paid plan starts working for you immediately on payment, by paying you agree that we may begin right away and that this shortens your withdrawal right accordingly, as the law allows. 7. Acceptable use, reports and takedowns

Your card must be yours to publish: no impersonating someone else, no scams or phishing, no harassment, no spam, and nothing explicit - no nude or sexual pictures or words on a card, a store, a product, an event or a booking page. Adult creators may sell through their card as long as nothing on it is explicit. Every card carries a "Report this card" link, and every store, event and booking page a "Report this page" link. When a card collects enough separate reports, we pause it automatically while a person looks at it, and we email the account so it can be appealed. We aim to look at every report within two working days.

Selling from your card. With Pro you can run a store, events with ticket passes and 1-on-1 bookings from your card. Your buyers, attendees and clients pay you on your own payment pages: we take no money and no commission, we do not see the payment and we are not a party to the sale. What you sell, how you deliver it, your prices, refunds and taxes, and the rules of the payment service you use are yours. The orders, registrations and bookings are your own business records: they stay in your account until you delete them or close the account.

8. Data processing

When someone saves your card or writes to you through it, you decide what to do with those details — you are the controller of that data under data protection law, and Anunzio International FZC is your processor, storing and moving it on your behalf. Our sub-processors are Stripe (payments, United States), Apple and Google (wallet passes), the WhatsApp gateway for the WhatsApp add-on, and our other suppliers or service providers. We have not yet appointed a representative in the EU or the UK under Article 27 of the GDPR / UK GDPR — if you are in the EU or the UK and need to reach one, write to us at the address below and we will help directly.

WhatsApp add-on

WhatsApp automation on VisitingCards.store connects to your own WhatsApp number through an unofficial method. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta in any way. Using it may put your WhatsApp number at risk of being limited or banned by WhatsApp — that risk is yours to take, and a ban does not entitle you to a refund of the period you have paid. You are responsible for the content of anything you send through it. By connecting your number you accept this.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are decided in Sharjah.
